Aaron Metcalf, D.O.

Dr. Metcalf grew up in Fort Worth, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science. After graduation he worked in the Surgery Department at a Fort Worth hospital for three years before attending medical school at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, part of the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He graduated from TCOM in 2004 and did his residency in Family Medicine at ETSU Family Medicine of Kingsport. He served as Chief Resident during his last year of residency and was awarded the Director’s Leadership Award. He is board certified in Family Medicine.

He joined Mountain Region Family Medicine in July 2007. He sees patients of all ages, from birth to the very experienced and provides both inpatient and outpatient care. He is married and has two children.

When he is not working, he enjoys hiking, camping, and college football.
